The NIR+ array of LEDs produces an output with a specific wavelength distribution. It consists of 26% at 810 nm, 74% at 850nm. The goal is to closely match the spectrum absorption curve of the human body by emitting the different wavelengths in a specific ratio.
It's important to note that there's a curve surrounding the absorption peak, with decreasing absorption occurring further from it, even though absorption peaks at 660 and 850 nm. RedLife has developed a sophisticated multi-spectrum emission based on multiple years of research into RLT and its therapeutic effects. The emission of wavelength ratios is designed to align with what is actually being absorbed by the body. The combined effect of all eight wavelengths provides the established advantages of each wavelength.
The R+ component makes up 50% of the output, and the remaining 50% is made up of the NIR+ component. This combination allows for precise optimization of the full spectrum of LED light treatment in line with the body's coefficient of spectral absorption. The chosen wavelength ratio is based on scientific research on how light wavelengths are absorbed by humans. Each LED is meticulously selected and scrutinized according to these precise criteria.
